Brief introduction

High frequency screen machine are used to separate materials into various sizes for further processing or for end use. The material is separated by passing through a vibrating “screen or meshes” which has a number of different sized according to customer’s requirements. The end products can then be used in the building and construction industries. It has a feature of advanced structure, powerful vibrating forces, low vibration noise, easy maintenance, high durability and etc.

Application

This series screens are always used in processing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite&magnetic and nonferrous metals including lead,zinc,glod and silver etc.This machine works in a re-circulating network with ball mill,which can upgrade the fineness of ferrous and nonferrous metals.Its efficiency is twice as that of spiral classifier.

  The working principle of the vibrating screen separator is as following: Motor through the coupling to the exciter eccentric block produce high-speed rotation. Operation of the eccentric block produce large centrifugal force, to stimulate sieve boxes have a certain amplitude circle movement, screens on the material surface in the tilt screen by screen box to pass the impulse generated thrown continuous movement screen surface materials and the process of encounter transparent manipulation of particles smaller than sieve screen in order to achieve classification.
