1. How to order a sample?

- Normally customer prefer their own design for the bags, if it is in that way:

a. forward us the design with signed NDA to protect private design;

b. communicate with us for the details of the design, material, specifications etc.;

c. once all details confirmed, send us the sample cost for start of pattern making.

2. What's the payment terms?

Sample - 100% advanced payment (T/T, Western Union); Bulk order - 30% payment as deposit, balance made before delivery.

3. What's the material for those leather products?

Crocodile, Cowhide, Genuine Leather, Artificial leather etc, we can also supply required materials.

4. Which way of shipping do you use?

Normally for sample delivery, it will be shipped by Express way (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS), quantity order shipped by air, sea or Express as required.
