PU pneumatic extrusion line is mainly used for auto brake oil tube,fuel carrier tube and other thin wall-thickness pneumatic tube with diameter4-18mm

This line includes high efficiency Single Screw Extruder, adjustable vacuum Calibration Table, Haul-off Unit, winder.

3. Features:

Stable air pressure control and advanced mould design that ensure our PU tube extrusion line high efficent output as well precise product size. Tube thickness is adjustable , the tolerance reaches 0.05mm—0.1mm

5. Our technical team during training your personnel, it is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain all necessary working permits in accordance with buyer country law and rules.

6. All standard utilities example power 380V, 3 Phase, necessary water for cooling and compressor air are to be provided by buyer at no cost to us.

7. All necessary electrical power cables and connection to the extruder granulator machine are to be provide by the buyer.

8. We will not be held liable for any irregular power connections which resulted in our machine faulty/damages.
