This is our patent product, our alumina and zirconia ceramic tiles are super abrasive.

We use our abrasion resistant ceramic tile lined into the inner wall of the seamless carbon steel ceramic lined concrete pump pipes.

 

We are able to provide all different types of ceramic lined concrete pump pipes and special installations.

In the condition of P=76N, n=800round/min, t=30, calculating in abraded mass, the

abrasion resistant ability of Kingcera ceramic is about 9.5 times than the high chrome , 15times than the manganese steel.
