1. Q: How many company do you have?

    A: We have two companies, one is XURI company, the other is DDL company, both of them

        belong to same boss.   

2.  Q: What payment method your company accepts?

     A: We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), Western Union, Paypal.

3. Q: How long for the production time?

    A: Normally it will take 1-3 days for sample order, 5-15 days for big order.

4. Q: You said we can use our own logo in the light bar? What's the MOQ if we want to do this?

    A:Yes, we have a laser machine that can engrave any simple logo or words on the aluminum

        body of the light bar.There is no MOQ! And there is NO Extra Cost!

5. Q: Do I need to send the defective products back to you for warranty?

    A: No, you don't need to send it back for warranty. You just need to send us a few pics of the

       defective lights.
