Stacking On The Floor

This stacking method is used by producers who prefer the curing process and the stocking off the pallets, 

where they remain at a local level, concreted, covered and with minimal external intervention. It can be transferred

 to the pallets after three days (to complete the cure), or maintain on the ground until the time of delivery. 

In both cases, the same can be stacked inter-locked, unilateral or alternating superimposed, depending on the 

condition of the ground surface or pallet, and is also influenced by the type of material used but care of the 

overload must also be maintained because the excess rows can compromise the bricks that are at the bottom 

after all when it gets out from the machine it is fragile.

1. Big clay made into small size by soil crusher

2.  Remove the big size clay, use small size clay only

3. Pour the clay and cement to mixer , mixing them with water

4. Transfer the finished raw material to host machine by conveyor machine.

5.  Produce green block.

6. Carry the green block to curing aera.
