Do you install the amusement rides for clients and how install?
Yes, usually we provide the install drawing & video for our clients. About the large rides installation, we will send our skill workers to the destination to install but clients need to pay the round-trip tickets, salary, and provide the accommodation and food and the necessary installation tools.
How long is warranty period?
Our amusement rides warranty is for one year.
What is the maintenance?
During the warranty period if there are any technical problems of the rides which are not caused by wrong operation and non-proper maintenance, we will send skill workers to repair the rides together with the new parts immediately upon getting the visa or in forty-eight(48) hours if not need for visa. If the amusement rides beyond the warranty period, the clients just pay for the costs of spare parts.
Do you train the people for clients?
During and after the installation, we shall train the operator and maintenance technicians for the clients.
How to make the payment?
Our payment term is T/T or L/C, usually 30% deposit by T/T or L/C, balance before shipment.
When will you deliver the goods?
Which depends on the specific rides, if in stock, we will deliver within one week after payment, if not in stock , usually we will deliver within one month after payment.
