A1: Yes, to support each other, small order is also welcomed, 500pcs is OK for us.

Q2: I want the goods soon, can it be faster?

A2: General delivery is 2-3 working weeks, but if we have material or high quality stock, the delivery will be very fast.

Q3: Shipment ways?

A3: We will choose best express way for you according to different conditions. It depends on your qty and your requests.

Q4: Can I mix the colors for the order?

A4: Yes, of course, we'll try our best to meet your requests and support your business. Details please check with our sales.

Q5: I want a different type of packaging, is it possible?

A5: Yes, not a problem. There is a stock fee for quantities under 2000pcs and free of charge above 2000pcs (based on carton or blister type packaging).

Q6: Can I print my logo on the product? Can I customize the colors and finish type?

A6: Yes, all appearances are customizable.

Q7: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?

A7: First, Artwork for visual confirmation, and next is Sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go to mass production.

Q8: Do you have any MOQ limit?

A8: Normally, our MOQ is 1000pcs. As for first trial order can be 500pcs. For Type C product, we can support MOQ 200pcs.

Q9: How to ship the goods and make the payment?

A9: Regard the mass production, it is ship by sea or by air, depend on final decision. Generally, we accept TT, 30% deposit, balance before shipment. But for re-order, we can make it 100% before goods reach your port.
