Machine Work Process:

1 One roll silicon steel with suitable width.

2. Machine with four servo motor to finished toroidal core making.

First servo : feeding servo motor----sending the material with manipulator to the mold with precision cylinder ,and touch the hole.

Second servo: cutting servo motor----Connected to the tooth boxes and cutting the material with 10t Pressure , it can cut the 0.5 mm silicon steel.

Third servo: winding servo motor-----

connected with servo tooth to winding the material with highly precision.

Fourth servo: pushing servo motor---

Making the core side flatten and push out the finished core .

Fifth servo: Clamping and sending material motor---

Sending the material on the mold hole ,and winding .

Q: which size core i can made on this machine ?

A: checking the ID ,OD ,width . or you can offer your need ,we can done the non-standard machine

Q: Engineer avaible for factory training ?

A: we have one person only for training worker ,he can dealing different problems during training among all customer. the techinian need arrange the schedule in advance , i can arrange the visa ,and tickets .

Q: i have one old toroidal core machine ,and now we need a new .can the welder working with 2 sets machine ?

A: one welder can be with 1 output ,2 outputs ,3 outputs ,just talking me your requirements.

Q: what kind of welding you can offer ,TIG OR LASER WELDER?

A: TIG ,You can making some research on the TIG welding ,it is not good ,you will meet many problems during using . so at last ,we only offer one laser welder for less problems and less cost .

Q: is there any agent in XX country ?

A: we do not have any agent in any country ,we are China factory ,we have the ability to overseas service .some people told you they have angent in XX country ,maybe their customer or trader .i thinks you can clear .
