6.Putting the creased sheet on the machine ,machine automatic folding and gluing 4 corners in one time .

Machine Work Process:

1 Ready for the PVC die cut boxes ,the boxes should be with line ,the creasing 

line , we also have the automatic creasing and die cutting machine .it can be 

roll or sheet .

2 Manual putting the sheet on the mold .there will be 2 mold for one size PVC 

boxes .the mold is easy making by wooden ,but it is dealing around the side .

worker just fast putting the sheet on the mold according to the mold line and

 boxes line

3 touch the panel button by hand ,machine head going down in manual process .

 The machine will automatic gluing after the up mold close to the down mold., 

the glue is liquid glue ,it is like water .so it gluing by needle (0.2 mm ,

0.25 mm.0.3 mm)

4 after gluing ,the four corner will automatic loosen ,and boxes will jump .

then you can see the gluing area .

5 there will be sample manipulator to carry the boxes out. ,you can putting 

a running belt table on the other side of machine . Ok ,the worker can be 

here putting product inside the boxes .

6 machine advantages: compared with gluing by manual . Machine can folding 

and gluing in one time , worker need gluing four corner and one by one .
