We introduced and absorbed Germany ZEMAG roller technology, combined with CAD technology and the existing research results, using VisualC++ roller computer aided design system, achieved the whole process selection design; And based on AutoCAD platform, developed a special belt conveyor idlers parametric drawing program; we also Create roller with SOLIDWORKS and PRO/E 3D model, using ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze for knowing roller bearing and deformation. According to test data and the result of finite element method,changing the roller tube wall thickness and bearing housing thickness, shape, sealing structure, diameter of shaft and roller components, combining finite element theory, the protection algorithm and modeling analysis, optimize the structure and siza of roller; Our TOROLL roller has high speed, high load, low resistance, long life and other characteristics.
