Roller is the key component of belt conveyor. It is distributed along the total length of the conveyor with a great quantity. The roller weight used in conveyor is about 1/3 of whole, and the price is about 1/5 to 1/3. Improving the quality has a great significance for reducing energy consumption, cost saving and increasing reliability of operation.
