Insulating glass

Insulating glass is made by two or more glass sheets .The space between the glasses is field with air or other special gases and sealed with sealants .The first sealing utilizes chlorobutyl , the second sealing is polysulfide adhesive or silicone structural sealing adhesive and may be chosen by the installing manner of customer .

Thermal performance

The heat insulation performance of insulating glass is relatively ideal among currently all deep processed glass products and is able to reduce the value of the heat transfer coefficient U effectively .such glass can greatly decrease the heat transfer coefficient to a high degree once being charged with an inert gas such as neon, argon and helium gas.

Sound insulation

Generally , insulating glass can reduce the noisy about 30 decibel ;If be filled in inert gas ,insulating glass can further reduce the noisy 5 decibel on the previous basis.

No dewing in low temperatures

Enough drier is filled in the spacer ,it can effectively absorb the water vapor in the spacer's cavity and  permeated from exterior , then ensure an absolutely drying in the insulating glass cavity , thereby avoid the dewing.

Gas spacer's thickness of commonly used insulating glass is 6mm,9mm,12mm or 15mm.With the same glass quality and the same seal structure,the thicker the spacer layer is ,the higher the thermal resistance value is .but when the thickness of the gas layer reaches a certain degree,the increase rate of the thermal resistance will be very little.pa
