1. Raw Material:  White flint glass is manufactured using four basic ingredients, they are: Cullet, Sand,

Soda Ash and Limestone.

2. The Furnaces: All the materials are weighed and then mixed in the batch plant before they enter the furnace. It takes in the region of 18 hours from the raw materials entering a furnace for molten glass to be produced.

7. Sample time: Usually, samples will be sent out in 2 days after get sample cost payment. And if you let us use your DHL or Fedex

account, that would be better.
