Hidden screw technology

“Aluminum Feature Strip” that covers the assembly screws and locks them in place. The paint on exposed assembly screws can easily crack or peel leaving unsightly silver screw heads all over the fence section. With Hidden Screw Technology,all assembly screws will be forever “out of sight-out of mind!”

Rackability

The ability to “rack” or smoothly follow changes in terrain is built into every Aluminum fence section. This ensures a clean and beautiful fence line.

1. A full set of equipments are special for fence and railing fabrication,including routing machines, cutting machine, carving machines, guillotine shears, punches, drilling machines and so on

2. There’re total 9 work procedures during pre-treatment, except acid degreasing and chromate, we set up 5 steps of pure-water system, it can enhance the cleanliness of the profiles and the power adhesion substantially

3. 500 ft. Swiss made powder coating line.

4. Pre-assembled in the factory for excellent quality control.

Our Company

Our factory was founded in 2005 and it has been focusing on producing outdoor building materials including PVC and Aluminum Fence, Deck, Railing and DIY garden products.
Our factory covers an area of 20000 square meters and currently there are over 200 employees.
Our vinyl plant is located in Zhejiang, China. It has 10 extrusion lines, co-extruders, 6 injection machines, which allows to produce 8000 tons every year.
We also has an aluminum plant which is located in Vietnam. It has a well-equipped aluminum fence production system that includes fabrication, pre-treatment, powder-coating, etc. The annual production capacity is over 5,000 tons.
Our products has been shipped all over North American, Australian, Asian market and supplied to some big names in fencing, railing and garden industry for more than 10 years.
