Q: How soon can I get a quotation?

A: We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and an initial quotation based on all of your specific requirements will reach you within 24 hours.

Q: How long will it take for us to get a sample? 

A: Generally, a sample will be completed within 2 to 7 working days depending on your specific requirements. If it is urgent, we can speed up the process. The sample will be sent to you via DHL Express or other options. 

Q: How long will it take for the mass production? 

A: Generally, the lead time for the mass production is 7-10 working days with the receiving of your deposit. We can speed up the production process if it is urgent.  

Q: What kind of payment should I use? 

A: We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Western Union. Other payment terms are negotiable. 

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Generally, the minimum order quantity is 2000pcs.  But it is negotiable if it is possible to establish long-term partnership. 

Q: Do you provide customized packaging boxes or bags?

A: Sure. All of our products are based on client’s specific needs and requirements. 

Q: What finishing options do I have?

A: we provide a full range of options for you, including glossy, matte, embossing, aqueous coating, spot UV, gold/silver foiling, die-cut window and so on.  

Q. What if I cannot find the desired packaging boxes or bags from your online display products? 

A: All of our products are custom-based. If there is no display product from our website that meets your needs, please feel free to let us know about your specific requirements by sending us an email. We are more than happy to work with you to achieve your business objectives.  

Q: What kinds of graphic design are acceptable for printing? 

A: We accept various graphic design formats, including AI, CDR, EPS, PDF and PSD.
