 The equipment should meet the following requirement.

Tools for horizontal holes should be held on the collets.

Adjustable limit stop is to be installed in order to stop tool supply.

The volume of cylinders should be increased in order to achieve correct operation if the pressure is not high (about 6-7 ATM). Minimum capacity output of the machine should be 8 holes for minute.

Correctly used clamp down weakly.

To set a 100-liter air receiver close to the block of air assist.

To add the damping oil system to the pneumatic cylinders for the tools 1, 2, 5, 6, 8 (saw) to adjust the speed of movement (the currently used system is only pneumatic).

Use an automatic machine to drill vertical holes.

Manual machine should not be used.

Make a separate air supply and a separate control from the controller for unitsNO5 andNO6 (countersink bit).

Add adjustable mechanical limit switch.

Countersink units should be adjusted in A-P direction.

Make a separately controlled top clamp for countersink area between units.

There is a regular failure of the workpiece step that leads the tool break. This drawback should be worked up.

Make secure protection of the saw (according to European standard)

Reduce the waste, product which is not sawed by the saw (a piece of brass bar that is not cut).

Strengthen the base frame and add additional supports adjustable because the machine is deformed during the operations and the frame is bent in the central part.

We have added the adjustable supports in the middle.

Operation panel should be in English.

This fixing device is installed at the first unite of our machine.

It operates well, here is a minimum number of drill breakages in this zone.
