1.   Description:

         Artificial rice refers to the addition of various starchy raw materials fortified by artificial means granulation, paste, made with natural rice dry particles similarities. Artificial rice ratio of 1: 200 to 300 mixed with rice, so the nutritional value of rice mixed with boiled rice is significantly better than ordinary rice.

 

 Artifical nutritional rice machine adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients to make puffed snack. Through friction of screw and barrel, the grains are cooked in the extruder.  Forming is at the die face cutter. The product shape is determined by a combination of the die  aperture, including ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower etc.

         Corn, green bean, red bean, millet, rice, buckwheat as raw material, screening cleaning, corn peeled navel, crushed, mixed against mixing, extrusion, drying made.
