Mini Burger Patty/Nuggets/Fillet/Steak/Vegetable Patty Automatic Production Line is able to realize automatic processes of forming, starching and crumb wrapping. Equipment Configurations

1. Shaping Machine: It adopts screw propulsion type to realize automatic processes of filling, shaping, and outputting.

2. Starching Machine: Evenly wrap paste around shaped chicken, beef, pork, fish, shrimp or vegetable.

3. Crumb wrapping machine: evenly wrap the products with crumbs from hopper and bed surface.

Characteristics

It is used to produce different meat pipes in different shapes or with raw materials, whose forming mould adopts food-grade plastic with high accuracy, good abrasive resistance and excellent durability.

The adoption of stainless steel and food-grade material for the whole machine is good to easy clean & disassembly.

Only an easy-fast replacement for forming machine mould is able to produce meat pipes in different shapes.

Both of starching machine & powder wrapping machine adopt SIEMENS electrical components ensuring safe and reliable running.

The thickness of powder wrapping is adjustable with the help of forced blower and vibrator to remove surplus powder.

Based on special belt sprinkling technology, an even wrapping is achievable.
