This automatic instant noodle processing line, with perfect technology, compact structure, original design and stable performance, is developed on the base of similar porducts and requirements in the world market. It reallizes high automation, convenient operation, low energy and small floor space that assures all working procedures from feeding flour to finished products can be accomplished once. The investment of this line is only one tenth of large size equipment, especially suitable to small-size or self-owned enterprises. The corrugated instanted noodle produced by this line is smooth and transparent. It is very easy to be saturated by water.

To meet the drying curve demands and reach the excellent drying effect,we adopt the up-and- down multiple-level design and divide the space of the dryer. Humidity and temperature is strictly controlled in each section.

The weight of each piece noodle cake is stable, precisely controlled by the central system composed  of frequency.

Quality guarantee terms: Equipment shall be guaranteed 12 month, without destroyed by some people. Enclosed the whole line, we will give you some spare parts, such as heating ring, spanner, etc. for free. The spare parts shall be supplied at preferential price for an extended long time.

 

Installation and training: we will send our engineer to install and train in your company on

 

condition that you should supply the go and return air tickets, the accommodation, the food for our engineers and also pay USD50 each person per day.
