Description

Cheetos is a special extruded snack with extreme crispy taste. The main raw material is corn grits which is mixed with water evenly by the flour mixer, squeezed and twisted by the extruder to form the irregular curls shape, and then cut into different length, at last fried or baked and flavored. Such snacks with rich taste are always the customer's favor.

Equipment Configurations

Frying Type: 

1. Flour Mixer: Stir mixed raw materials evenly with a certain amount of water. Choose different GY flour mixer model according to different output requirements.
2. Spiral Conveyor: Convey stirred raw materials into feeding hopper of extruder.
3.  Extruder: Choose GY77 extruder to extrusion and kneading, which is special designed for Cheetos production
4. Air Conveyor: Convey semi-finished products into fryer.
5. Rotary Screen: Rotary screening to separate the products from residue and prevent adhesion.
6. Vibrating Screen: Vibrating screening the semi-products to prevent adhesion.
7. Frying Machine: Choose GY different automatic fryer model or continuous fryer model according to different producing requirements to frying Cheetos to be crispy and a better taste.
8.  Vibrating Distributor: Separate the products to prevent adhesion and distribute the products evenly into next equipment.
9.  Flavoring Line: Select square flavoring machine, single-roller flavoring line or dual-roller flavoring line, based on output and product properties. Single-roller and dual-roller flavoring line combine the functions

5. Multi.layer Drying Oven: Dry semifinished products. It is the most common dehydration plant for puffed food. It includes a belt dryer and some in.built heating devices to carry out drying by means of electricity, vapor, diesel or gas. The drying temperature and drying time can be controlled.
6. Flavoring Line: Select square flavoring machine, single-roller flavoring line or dual-roller flavoring line, based on output and product properties. Single-roller and dual-roller flavoring line combine the functions of flavoring with seasoning and oil injection together.
