As an auxiliary food material, breadcrumbs production line is widely used for fried food to retard that foods are fried into burned, and based on its own performance, crisp exterior could be achievable, usually used as an auxiliary oil food material for beefsteak, fried chicken, etc. In accordance with market demand, our company researched and developed a flow automatic production line integrating with adding raw materials, puffing, creating crumbs and drying. This production line has the advantages of less workers, reused remainders, no-waste, low cost and high efficiency. Its main types include needle scraps, particle scraps, needle crumbs and particle crumbs.

Equipment Configurations for Production Line
- Flour Mixer: Stir mixed raw materials evenly with a certain amount of water. Choose different GY flour mixer model according to different output requirements
- Spiral Conveyor: Convey stirred raw materials into feeding hopper of extruder.
- Extruder: Select different GY extruder model based on clients’ raw materials and output capacity requirement. With the help of special control cabinet, extruder is able to extrude the raw material under different temperature & pressure, and produce puffed products. The shapes of products can be changed by changing the modules in extruder.
- Multi-functional Shaping Machine: It used to traction convey to next equipment, shaping the products and cutting off the products.
- Elevator: Lift up the products into crumb pulverizer.
- Crumb Pulverizer: Pulverizing the semi-products into breadcrumbs.
- Crumb Sieving Machine: Sieving the breadcrumbs by vibrating.
- Air Conveyor: Convey sieved breadcrumbs into drying oven.
- Multi-layer Drying Oven: Dry semi-finished products. It is the most common dehydration plant for puffed food. It includes a belt dryer and some in-built heating devices to carry out drying by means of electricity, vapor, diesel or gas. The drying temperature and drying time can be controlled.
- Multi-layer Vibrating Screen: Multi-layer screening breadcrumbs out of crushed material by vibrating.
