1. All items you purchased from Ocitytimes have 12 months warranty for e-cigarette and 6 months for e-cigarette accessories.

2.If your item is defective,please notify us within 3 days after receive.

A1: Sample order for you to test the quality , there is no MOQ ,you can choose 1pcs or a few pieces according to your requirements. Sample policy: sample fees can be refund if your bulk order reaches 2000pcs .

A2: General sample order: 5-6 working days First order with your own logo and brand: 15 working days Following orders with your own logo and brand: 10 working days

Q4, What is your warranty policy?

A4: 1. 12 months warranty for the battery, 6 months warranty for the atomizer , charger and other accessories. 2. Please send back the defective goods which are within the warranty period, we will repair them or send you new one for free. 3. If it is the same or only few pieces accessories ( the fee is less or around shipping fee) are damaged . Please send us some pictures and video about it need to confirm your problem, then we will send you free new goods instead.

Q5,Where will you ship items to. Can you ship to a variety of locations and countries?

A5: We have been build up cooperation relation ship with our forwarder since we began the business. They could help us to ship all around the world. But some of the countries might have customs problems which request the Buyer have a strong relationship with the customs. But most of the countries will have no problem.
