The fryer adopts electricity to heat up the pan with the gear shifting of decelerator vertically installed quickly. The machine is characterized by beautiful appearance, simple regulation, high efficiency, little abrasion, low noise, and convenient reparation. The machine is lighted and heated automatically by the burner through liquefied gas. This is in line with the requirements of GMP.

Working principle

When the agitator is in positive rotation, the pan fries the materials, and when in reverse, it discharge the materials.
