Product Description

QD double girder overhead crane is a widely used hoisting machinery currently. It is mainly comprised of box-shape bridge, crane crab, trolley travelling mechanism and electric control system. The load handing device is the hook.

On the girder laid rails for crane crab to transversely move. The girder is weld with the box-shaped end girder. At the middle of the edn girder are joints which are fastened with bolts for fragmented transportation of bridges. The platform is used to place trolley travelling mechanism, electric equipment and used for repair.

1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying;
2. Main beams, end beams and electric hoist are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion when transport.
Delivery of double girder overhead crane:
1. If the size of whole crane are suitable for container ship, usually by container;
2. If the size is too big, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation;
