 2.Operating principle:

Oily wastewater discharge into municipal drainage pipeline before treatment, will form "ditch oil", which will cause much influence to drainage equipment and municipal sewage  treatment plant. Such equipment is make the oily wastewater in the action of gravity, with the help of oil water proportion difference, adopting nature flotation to separate and remove floating oil and parts of thin disperse oil,by unique devise the inner structure of oil-water separator without power, according to shallow pond sediment theory, apply different flow separation principle and turbulent variable laminar flow of the dialectical relationship, make the wastewater reduce flow rate, flow down, oil droplets floating when flow by oil-water separator.Practice prove, such product can make the removal rate of grain size above 60um floated oil above90%, the oily content of discharged sewage lower than the three level standard (100mg/L) of <sewage integration discharge standard>

5.Installation :

 

The catering industry oil-water separation can divide as underground and ground type.

a. if adopting underground type, the Civil foundation size is add 300-500mm in original equipment’s length and width ,height add 50-200mm,the detailed size can be decided according to the working condition. It should mortar 240mm width clay red brick in the base of oil-water separation ,access hole and around oil salvage mouth, with 1:2 cement mortar painted, cover plate adopt c20 concrete and 15cm thick precast slab.

b. if set on the ground, place it in the ground level then connect with the pipeline.

 

 

 

6.Appliaction area: used in dining hall,restaurant,hotel,fast food chains etc.

 

7.Matters need attention:

 

1.simple installation,convenience,only need connect inlet and outlet is ok

 

2,the sewage inlet must be install separate slag net, be sure to make the whole,oil-water separator in the same level, the first time using oil-water separator, its separate oil case should be inject enough clean water after installed it, then onnect 220V power. clear several times of separate slag case and separate oil case each day, ensure Water flow gently smooth and raise separate oil effect, must switch off power before clear it.

 

3. it need thorough clear the separate slag case and separate oil case each month at least 1 time, clear up the sediment and oil sludge, check the electronic control parts whether work normal , it need fill up clean water after clear.
