1, An overview of the
YM aerator is my company's patented product, it is specialized in order to remove the oil in the industrial and urban sewage, jelly, and suspended solids. It is YM series eddy concave air floating machine supporting unit, according to different wastewater, oil removal rate by 80% - more than 95%, most of the suspension has been removed, and the equipment after mixed with appropriate chemicals and agent, can make the COD and BOD in the pretreatment stage to remove more than 30% to 60%, the equipment operation cost is low, the efficiency high, simple operation and maintenance, and is of the traditional air flotation is a major technological revolution.
2, Work principle
Raw sewage into small inflatable segment containing aerator in the first place. Wastewater in the process of rising through the air, where mixed fully with micro air bubble produced by the aerator, aerator will the air through the ventilation pipe on the water transferred to underwater. Working principle of aerator is the use of air transport at the bottom of the pipe perforated high-speed rotation of the impeller in the water to form a vacuum area, the air on the surface of the liquid through the aerator to enter the water to fill in the blanks, microbubble produce at any time, and the spiral rising to the surface, also with oxygen in the air into the water. Due to the imbalance between gas and water mixture liquid, produced a vertical upward buoyancy, the suspended solids to the surface. Floatation process, the micro bubbles will adhere to the suspended solids, reach after the water suspended solids is rely on the support and maintain the bubbles in the water, and through the radial thrust to clear the air
3, YM vortex concave aerator to adapt to the industry:
Paint, leather, oil refining, printing and dyeing, chemical, dairy products processing, fiber production, papermaking, food, beverage, slaughtering, textiles, machinery processing, municipal wastewater
