Structure and Working Principle
(1) Overall Structure and Working Principle:
Overall structure: generator feed system, reaction system, absorption system and security system. shell is PVC material.
Working Principle: under negative pressure conditions, sodium chlorate and hydrochloric acid aqueous solution will go into reaction chamber from raw materials’ box by feed tubes, adding valve, proceed full reaction, output disinfection gas which mainly component is dioxide chlorine, by water injector absorb it ,and make fully mixed with water forming a disinfectant solution, connect to disinfected water.

Main Components Function and working principle
Ejector Water: Water jet injector is air exhaust components designed according to jet flow principle , when the power water pass by water injector, generating negative pressure inside , the external gas absorbed into water injector by differential pressure to achieve inhale. Absorbed Chlorine dioxide mixed with water in here to form a disinfectant.
Adding valve: adjust the dosage of raw materials according to requirements of chlorine dioxide
Air inlet:access of operation, when install, can link pipeline and lead to outdoors, keep connect with air
Safety valve: it’s specific Decompression way when improper operation
After open safety valve, removal fault, then reset safety valve plug

Chlorine dioxide generator description

3.Automatic control system effectively overcome the traditional cases caused by pressure fluctuation generator outage phenomenon by mistake;
4,Equipment inner reactor use with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance of the United States dupont materials, ensure the service life of the equipment for more than 10 years;
5,Equipment using multistage reactor, improved the conversion rate of raw material, 35% higher than traditional single stage reactor, greatly reduces operating costs ;
6,Temperature sensor using Pt100 sensors, than the traditional temperature sensor sensitivity, temperature control precision;

14, preparation before application
raw material preparation and addition
(1) sodium chlorate solution preparation and addition
The solid sodium chlorate is mixed with water in proportion of 1:2 (weight ratio),such as : 1 kg of solid sodium chlorate + 2 kilograms of water, mixing until completely dissolved sodium chlorate pumped in raw material tank;
(2) hydrochloric acid addition: Hydrochloric acid pumped in hydrochloric acid storage tank
Operation condition:
1,water treatment equipment site area about 10m2(it can separate out raw material chamber, two kind material separate storage), equipment room and material room can build above or beside waste water tank;
2, site need condition:
(1)meet up install need water source and electric power source;
(2)the equipment room need has ventilate device, has heat preservation device in winter;
(3)Equipment from dosing spot space less than 15m;
