Application:

 

this furnace is used for refining of the molten metal in conjunction with the primary melting furnace, such as arc furnace, converter or induction furnace. It possesses the various metallurgical functions of arc heating, argon blow stirring, temperature measuring and sampling and alloying, etc. It is a critical secondary steelmaking facility for high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, tool steel and stainless steel, and so it could meet the requirements of continuous casting, rolling and ingot production.
