What is Sublimation (Dye Sublimation Transfer)?

Dye Sublimation Transfer is a process where you take an image- that has been created digitally (either by scanning, downloaded from a digital camera or created on your computer) and then print this image with a printer using special sublimation transfer inks onto transfer paper. Once the image is on the paper you place it under a heat press on top of your polyester or poly coated item (substrate) and heat until the inks turn to a gas and transfer the image onto the item.

Can I have many colors on my designs?

Yes, sublimation printing allow different colors, and there is no extra charge for color added.

Do you have a rush service?

Yes, it's called CS EXPRESS, and we can ship your order within 11 days after proof approval. It's double the price, if needed, please contact us for more details.

How to get started?

1. Email us your concept/art/logos.
2. We have our artist do the design FREE of charge.
3. You approve the final jersey design.
4. You give us the final order with size breakdown.
5. We collect a 30%  deposit at this point.
6. Normal production time is about 15- 20 working days from the date you approve the designs.
7. We collection the remaining balance and the jerseys are shipped to you by DHL, UPS or by air.

How do I pay?

TT payment , Western Union or Money Gram.

How do you start the order and arrange the delivery?

We will start your order after receiving the 30% up payment, when the order finished, we will inform you the balance, and then arrange the delivery for you.
If your order is urgent, you’d better to pay 100% in advance.

How’s the shipping?

We have our regular agent;  for small order, normally ship by door to door  express service, such as DHL, UPS,FEDEX and EMS,it takes about 5 working days .for big orders you can ship by air or by sea, normally takes about 25 days, After you inform us your total order, choose the method of delivery, we could calculate the freight charges for you.
