High efficiency inclined plate clarifier
It was a new type high efficiency settling device based on common inclined plate clarifier, it was a kind of advanced technical performance solid liquid separated equipment, there equipped with a lot of interval smaller parallel tilting plate or smaller diameter parallel inclined pipe , to improve settling efficiency and effluent rate, special for dispersibility particles.
In order to meet up different user to different water quality need, our company design two different type high efficiency inclined clarifier;
1, YMST1 type inclined plate clarifier: sludge rely on self weight settle into conical type sludge funnel in tank bottom and discharge out.
2,YMST2 inclined plateclarifier: combine sludge sediment and concentration section, and install one mud scraper. The intercept sludge was scraped into tank bottom by scraper and discharge out. Thus it not only can handle waste water which contain higher sludge concentration, and can make dry sludge amount reach to maximum, convenient for following sludge treatment.
Principle:
The waste water enter into tank body from inlet pipe,
inside water corridor, in the middle of a pool body forward to lateral flow, guide plate by emission, the inclined plate again through the gate on both sides of the cloth. Upward mobility with the current, and its solid particles sedimentation in parallel to the inclined plate component, then sliding into the pool body at the bottom of the sludge, the sludge in the bucket, sludge after enrichment through sludge outlet. And clarify its liquid along the inclined plate, through the top of the via hole into the sump tank, and then through the can bring up the water weir.
Via hole on the top of the inclined plate design aim is to make clear liquid when into the sump tank form a pressure difference, ensure uniform flow distribution between the inclined plate, eliminate the phenomenon of short circuit, which makes fully use of the area of the inclined plate.
Advantage:
1,Small occupy area, it only one fourth of horizontal sediment tank length.
2, integration of the equipment are high, installation is simple, effective save time limit for a project
3,Equipment using inclined plate sedimentation, no generally inclined tube blocking problem.
4,Mud can be automatically fall into slag bucket, facilitate to discharge mud, reduce the labor intensity slag removal.
5,Agitator can be set according to the customer's demand, reagent box and mix reaction tank, the treatment of wastewater and the implementation of the coagulation, expanded the function of the device
6, Equipment operation, simple maintenance and cleaning.
