1. Warranty: 6 months  for batteries and 3 months for clearomizers after sending 

2. Policy with Defects and DOA:

    (1) Send us some pictures or video about the defective goods, we will check and confirm 

          the problems so that we can find out solutions.

   (2)  We will directly send you new free replacements for small quantity of defective goods.For large 

         quantity,Pls send back the defective goods within the warranty period, we will send you new 

      free replacements.

PlsTell us the specific model,color,battery capacity,and the quantity etc.you need.Then we will make the PI (Proforma invoice) for your reference. If ok,we will arrange the goods and delivery upon your   payment.
