YMSF vertical dissolved air flotation 

 

 Introduction 

YMSF seri vertical dissolved air flotation (also called circulate air flotation clarifier),Adopt new dissolved mechanism, design novelty unique dissolved air system, its excellent operating performance,has fully embody in the industrial effluent. This product mainly adopt in petroleum,chemical industry,paper mill,leather,printing,food ,starch etc effluent treatment industrial. 

Structure and principle 

YMSF series of super vertical dissolved air flotation sewage treatment mechanism is steel structure, its working principle is: The air was pump into pressure dissolved air tank, it was force dissolved into water under 0.5Mpa, when in sudden release situation, the air dissolved in water will be precipitine out, form large thick micro-bubbles flock ,it will adsorb in the suspended solid in slow raise process, thus reach the purpose of removing SS and CODcr. 

Main structure: 

1,Air flotation machine: 

Round steel structure, it is the main body and key of water treatment plant, the interior has releaser,unique distribution machine,sludge pipe,outlet water pipe,sludge tank,scraper blade and driven system. The releaser set in the central of air flotation machine, it is the critical component of produce micro- bubble, the dissolved air water from dissolved air tank will fully mix with waste water in here, it will sudden release, produce vigorous agitation, form diameter 20-80um microbubble, thus attach to the flocculating unit in waste water, thus reduce the floc unit ascend ratio, the cleaning water will thorough separate out, the unique distribution machine is tapered structure, connect to releaser, its main function is make the separated cleaning water and sludge unique disperse tank body, the outlet water pipe even 

Spread in the tank bottom, it will overflow from 1 erect pipe which connect to the tank top, the overfall weir equip water level adjust lever, in order to convenient adjust water level in tank, sludge pipe install in the tank bottom, use to discharge sediment, there equip the sludge slot in tank top, there has scraper blade in slot, the scraping blade rotate without shop, the floating sludge will scrape to sludge slot in constant,self-flow to sludge tank. 

2,Dissolved air system 

The dissolved air system is mainly composed of dissolved air tank,storage air tank,air compressor ,high –pressure pump, the dissolved air tank is the most critical parts, its function is realize the water and air fully touch, speed up air dissolution. It is a seal withstand voltage steel tank, interior equip with baffle,spacer bush, it can speed up the air and water body disperse ,mass transfer process, improve air dissolved air efficiency.

(3)The dissolved air pump can absorb water and air, it can pressurized mixing,high air liquid dissolve rate,tiny air bubble ≤30um. (4)The dissolved air pump can replace circulating pump ,air compressor ,dissolved air tank, jet device and releaser etc complicated system (5)Low pressure operation, dissolved air efficiency can reach 99%,the release rate can reach 99%. (6)The high efficient adsorb of micro bubble and suspended solid, improve the SS remove effect. 

(7)The dissolved air dissolved rate 80-100%,higher than 3 times dissolved air efficiency than the traditional dissolved air flotation. (8)The pressure capacity curve is flat, easy to realize automatic control, easy operate and maintenance,low noise.
