Separate hopper pre-cooling compressor: One, 400 BTU/hr.R134a
2.Capacity: 50 liters/hour, 300 Cones/Hour (80g/cone) (capacity varies depending on condition of mix and environment.) 
3.Pre-cooling: Commercial Ice Cream Maker separate hopper refrigeration maintains mix temperature below 4.4°C in he hopper. 

 

4. Embraco Aspera compressor: Commercial Ice Cream Maker use the  aspera compressor
