 The sewage will first flow into septic tank, which will make the organism decompose stable inorganics, corruptible raw sludge translate to ripe sludge. Then enter into equalize tank, to equalize the waste water quality and quantity,

Then the sewage will lifting to inclined pipe settling device , during this process,  add chemical flocculating agents PAC and PAM by pipeline mixer, then the water flow into reaction chamber in centre parts, after multilayer sieve plate and two segment vortex reaction , the suspended matter etc impurity coagulation form alum floc. The outlet water from inclined pipe settling tank will flow into sand filtering tank, to further purify the water quality., at last, the outlet water flow into cleaning water tank, we will equip with submersible jet flow aerator in this tank, the smell can be disappear, the outlet water is very clear .

2-  Equalize tank and septic tank

Equalize tank : equalize sewage flow rate, homogenize water volume and quality.

Septic tank function:

 Septic-tank is primary treatment structures which remove the suspended matter in domestic sewage by adopting sediment and anaerobic fermentation principle, domestic sewage contain plenty of feces,Paper Scrap,parasite etc impurity, the suspended solid concentration is 100-350mg, organism concentration  BOD5 is between 100-400mm, the suspended organism BOD is 50-200mg among of them. Sewage enter into septic-tank will remove 50%—60% suspended matter after 12-24h sediment , the sediment sludge will anaerobic digestion above 3 month, which will make the organism decompose stable inorganics, corruptible raw sludge translate to ripe sludge , it changed sludge structure, reduce sludge water ratio

 

2.Inclined pipe settling equipment

Introduction:

This treatment device is by oil-water interlayer principle, separate the flotating oil layer by setting clapboard, achieve the purpose of oil and water separation.  Inclined pipe settling device is a settling device which install Inclined pipe in the setting area, which separated into a series of shallow sediment layer in horizontal-flow or vertical-flow sediment device Utilizing tilt parallel tubes or cellular inclined pipe padding, the treated and subside sludge make movement each other and separation in each sediment device. The inclined pipe sediment device with high sediment efficiency and treatment effect steady, short retention time, small volume, small occupy area, convenient operation, thus widely used in removing solid in  water supply and sewage treatment.

YM series steel inclined pipe sedimentator is composed of reaction chamber,opposite flow sedimentation and cleaning water area and mud bucket three parts, concentrate set in steel barrel—inside of inverted cone shell bottom tank. Raw water add coagulant blend by mixer, flow into reaction chamber in centre parts, after multilayer sieve plate and two segment vortex reaction , the suspended matter etc impurity coagulation form alum floc. The water flow rise inside of sediment area via honeycomb inclined tube, water present laminar conditions inside inclined tube, the suspended matter separate with water, the cleaning water rise and collect into water collecting tank outflow, sludge automatic glide to sludge-collecting hopper along with inclined pipe bottom.

Application scope

This equipment combine oil removal and sediment, not only can achieve the purpose of oil-water separation, but also further purify the water quality. There are lay many small diameter parallel inclined pipes in inclined sediment device, special with high removal effect to dispersity particle. Which is widely used in treating car washing sewage,industrial sewage,domestic sewage , Non-ferrous metal processing sewage, power plant ,Boiler room hydraulic dedusting sewage ,Gas station washing water ,biochemical water , pretreatment of water  purification ,electroplating waste water and coating water etc.

Characteristic

(1)The equipment main parts adopt carbon steel,epoxy resin multilayer anticorrosive.

(7)adopting honeycomb inclined pipe, pipe length is 2-3.0m,which can be safely operated in high turbidity with 50-100kg/m³ Clay sand content.

(8)the inclined sediment device adopt Ethylene-propylene copolymerization glass fiber reinforced plastic or PVC honey comb inclined pipe, the dip angle is 60℃,inclined length is 1m, inscribed circle diameter is 35-50mm, which can change inscribed circle according to water quality, in order to the best sediment effect.

Working Principle

This device is according to the sediment principle of horizontal-flow settling pond remove disperse particle, after increase many inclined pipes in the pond , Increasing pool water sections of wet weeks, at the same time, reduce the water power radius,  therefore in the same level flow rate V, can greatly reduce Reynolds number Re, thus reduce the water water turbulence, promote sediment, in addition, adding inclined pipe, short  the  particle sediment distance, reduce sediment time, raise sediment efficiency, which suit to all kinds of waste water which  proportion of particles is greater than water.
