YMSA submerisible jet aerator for sewage treatment plant

 

 

1.Introduction:

YMSAtype submersible jet flow aeration used in sewage treatment plant aeration pond, aeration grit chamber, make the sewage and sludge mixed liquor oxygenate mix , biological treatment  sewage or Breeding pond increasing oxygen , air inflow is 10-400m³/h. increase oxygen capacity is 0.37-24kg/h, motor power is 0.75-22kw,can separate use or combine use.

This aerator is consists of submersible pump, jet device, air diffuser, air suction pipe and tube five parts., blend with advanced scattered flow technology  based on the traditional jet mechanism using jet aeration way,  adopting jet aeration.

Stating:  the chart air inflow and filling oxygen is in standard test condition (20℃ water temperature, air pressure101.325KPa), aerator diving depth is 3m, test medium is clear water. In moderate sewage, the filling oxygen capacity can as 0.85 as design basis.

 

3.Work principle:

During the pump impeller produce heavy pressure at high-speed revolution,liquid erupt from aeration machine

nozzle in high-speed,and forming vacuum in mixing chamber, then,intake-tube adopt mass of air,when air enter into mixing chamber,air and liquid mixing severe,air be divided into microbubble,forming Gas-liquid mixture,and spread from diffusing. Microbubble rise in the water and put oxidation into water.

4.Main characteristic:

 aeration machine be combine by diving swage pump, aeration machine and intake pipe. structure compact, occupy area small;in addition, aeration machine have two kinds of install style,install and operation easy.

gas and liquid mix fully Owing to efficient jet flow,high oxidation absorptivity, high dynamic efficiency, higher 3-4 times than tradition aeration tank treatment efficient, aeration time can be shorten obvious, and apply to all kinds of sewage treatment,including push-flow type aeration tank, mixture type aeration tank,

extended aeration tank, oxidation ditch, oxidation pond and so on.
