Features of small filter press

 

 1 Manual filter press is intermittent pressure filter which is used in mini types,low  pressure various solid/liquid separation industries.Press for filtration is less than 0.4Mpa.

 

 2 The filter press is composed of three main parts:frame,filter plate and pressing  device.In operation the pressing device is screwed type closing device.The pressing  devices include handwheel,gear wheel and screw lead.

 

 A rack parts:filter press frame constitute the basis to support the filter body for connection to other components.It’s mainly from the thrust plate,pressure plate,clamping part anf thr main beam component.

 

 

 

B.filter sections:from the main beam in a certain order of the plate and the palte sandwiched between the filter media(filter cloth),with forming a filter unit(filter chamber). 

 

 

 

C.Clamping device:it’s the filter of the power plant,the main components are a small gear,gear,screw and so on.
