LYD-II single screw press is composed of rack,driven system,feeding material parts,squeezing liquid parts,hydraulic system and shield and electric appliance etc parts. Screw driven by motor through a pulley which driven by the gear reducer, screw can divide into feeding screw,squeeze screw and extrusion screw etc three parts, the material compress is realize by squeezing screen drum and material check back device, material extruding ` by material outlet stop force door and squeezing screen drum.

Machine body and touch material ’feeding material tank,screen drum,lose pressure screw,collect liquid bucket, top cover etc all adopt stainless steel .
