Rotary fine screen can extract the thin flotage,suspended solids and sediment in waste water, discharge out after transfer and compressing.
Elaborate design, compact structure, all components is stainless steel. Automatic control, steady operation, low energy consumption , small noise, small screen gap, only 1--5mm, rely on fluid diversion, its separation efficiency can reach 98%, whole drum screen gap can realize self-cleaning in operation process. Sand gravel , disintegrating slag and solids won’t damage equipment, drum screen never blocking.
The drum screen install 35° in water channel, sewage from screen end flow into drum screen, flow out from screen side gap, make the suspended solids,flotage etc intercept in drum; it rotate in the 4.6r/min speed, there has nylon brush and washing water jet nozzle in drum screen top, clear away the screen residual from screen gap, meanwhile, squeezing dewatering by spiral conveyor, material fall-in to garbage case or conveyor transport out from drum type screen upper discharge outlet .
