GSHP type rake type bar screen

GSHP type rake type bar screen, it is ideal  intercept dirt equipment in water source inlet for medium and large water supply and engineering , widely used in  pretreatment of towns and planning area rain and sewage, clear bigger floatage (such as tree branches ,weeds ,chip etc ) and domestic garbage in water works, sewage treatment plant,inlet water in power plant and steel mill, reach the purpose of protecting water pump and relieve following treatment procedure loading.

Working principle  

The driven system do rotary movement driven rake tooth along guide rail by driven chain , rake tooth down from bar rear, in the bottom by underground guide wheel after changing direction move to bar front,  gain the floating matter to discharge slagging outlet along the baffle from down to up , discharge into conveyor or garbage truck. 

Main feature

1,Due to the bar of  rotary rake type bar screen set in the middle positon of rake tooth driven chain ( other mechanical bar screen set below the driven chain), change the rake tooth motion direction in cleaning process, avoid take the hard matter into bottom stuck the rake tooth and driven chain.

2,Install overloading safety protection device in the output shaft end of speed reducer , avoid damage equipment due to accidental reasons overloading.

3,Due to bar screen rotary chain match with several rake tooth, with high remove dirt efficiency , thorough clean dirt.

4,Compact structure,simple electric control, convenient to realize automation.
