1. The holding strength can reach cable limit RTS's 95%,without the effects of stress concentration and vibration stress.

2. composition: inner rod, outer rods and suspension link ect.

Customers can choose other link fittings such as clevis, connecting rod ect. if necessary.

Customers can also choose materials of tension clamp such as aluminum-clad steel rod and galvanization steel rod.

Notes: In the model column, SH represents these are Shihui company’s products, A represents these products are for ADSS optical cable. XXXX means cable’s diameter (unit: mm)×10², Use “0” ahead when it is less than 4 figures, e.g.: Cable’s diameter is 12.85mm then we need to write 1285. Three figures after “/” mean the holding strength of tension armour (unit: KN), and use “0” ahead when it is less than 3 figures.

E.g.: ADSS cable’s diameter is 12.85mm, the limit RTS is 60KN (can require the correspondence holding strength according to the designing), and so the model should be: SHN-A1285/060.

If you use span to mark model, you should change “/” to “-” and take a brackets after it then mark the span in it, e.g.: SHN-AXXXX-(400M). Pay attention to special reminding: if you use span to mark it you must give the meteorology parameters of the environmental conditions such as the maximum wind speed, the maximum ice coating, temperature (the maximum and the minimum)

** The length of preformed rods is subject to the practical length of commodities supplied.
