Preformed tension clamp for ADSS

We have 15 years of experiences of preformed tension clamp Cable Fitting for ADSS/OPGW.

 Function: ADSS preformed tension clamp is mainly used for ADSS cable line’s fixing and anchoring. It is usually installed on the terminal tower, tension tower and intersection angle tower or pole.

 Feature: The grip strength of preformed tension clamp can reach over 95% of the cable’s RTS. No stress concentration and vibration stress.

Customers can also choose other linking fittings according to the requirements of design such as clevis, chain link, etc.

Material of inner reinforcing rods and outer rods: Galvanized steel wire or Aluminum-clad wire.

In the above model column,

1. SHN-A means these are tension clamp produced by Shihui company.

2. XXXX is cable's diameter (unit: mm) ×100. Use "0" ahead when it is less than 4 figures, e.g.: cable's diameter is 12.85 mm then we need to write 1285.

3. Three figures after "/" is grip strength of tension clamp (unit: KN). Use "0" ahead when it is less than 3 figures.

 E.g.: ADSS cable's diameter is 12.85mm, the limit RTS is 60KN (can require the correspondence holding strength according to the designing), and the model should be: SHN-A1285/060.
