Product Description

The Submersible Jet Aerator is the special aeration equipement used in the pretreatment of waste water and biological wastewater treatment. It is used to aerate and mix the liquid in the Aerated Grit Chamber,Pre-aeration Tank,Aeration Tank and Air Flotation Tank.In addition,the Submersible Jet Aerator is also applied in adding oxygen to Aquacultural Pond and maintenance of Landscape water.

It is composed of submersible pump,ejector,disfusser,sucksion tube and flexible pipe.Based on the traditional Jet Machine and mixed the advanced flow technology,this aerator is using the jet aeration.

Woking Principle

When it is working,the impeller of sewage pump will spin in high speed with the power of submersible motor.

This will push the muddy water into the ejector to form jet stream and produce negative pressure

around the jet stream.Then the air will be sucked into the negative pressure area.Inside the venturi

tube of ejector,the air,water and mud will mix completely.Then through the pressure which changed

from the jet flow kinetic energy,the mixed air and water will flow into the diffuser.

In the diffuser,the air,water and mud will mix further.Then the air will be cut,crushed and emulsified.

This will make sure most of oxygen dissloved into the water.

In the meanwhile,under the pressure of jet flow,the oxygen molecule and micro bubble will expel

and spread from the the nozzles of diffuser.They will shock and mix the water and the sludge in the

bottom of biological tank.And then the bubbles will rise up to the surface.It will take more than 30s

in the water.This will make the oxygen in the water dissolved totally and absorbed.Then improve

the effective of oxygen transfer and oxygenation capacity.
