CAF cavitation air flotation
Operation:
Untreated sewage first into aeration zone, and fully mixing with micro bubble, the micro bubble will bring the suspended solid to the water surface when it rise , Mud scraper running along the liquid surface will scrape the seston to Tilted plate,then push them into the sludge discharge pipe slot, via the sludge discharge pipe slot flow into sludge collector,mud scraper power is only 0.5KW, the purified waste water before discharge will pass the overflow tank below inclined plate. Overflow tank is used for control the water level of air-float slot,insure the liquid of the slot won’t flow into Sludge discharge pipe,the open Pharynx flow pipe extend along the bottom Floating slot from the aeration section. When the cavitation aerator generate micro bubble ,it will form a negative pressure zone in the pool bottom of backflow pipe, Such negative pressure will make the waste water backflow into the aeration zone from the pool bottom,then return to floating section.this process insure the air flotation proceed under the circumstance without Throughflow.
