Galvanized floor grating steel is the most popular type among all types of steel grating. It is also the most widely used type.
Galvanized floor grating steel is produced through automatically resistance welded. The bearing bars and cross bars are resistance welded under high heat and pressure to form a permanent joint. This technology can not only ensure the rugged structure of welded steel grating, but also can retain a smooth and flat surface, which is easy and free to walk.
Galvanized floor grating steel can be made of various materials, such as carbon steel bars, aluminum steel bars and stainless steel bars.
The bearing bar has two different types according to the surface: smooth bearing bar and serrated bearing bar. Smooth surface steel grating, also called plain steel grating, is more popular than the serrated surface steel grating. But the serrated steel grating have better skid resistance property than the smooth surface.

Different Types

1.Plain galvanized floor grating steel

Material: carbon steel and stainless steel.
Surface treatment: galvanized, mill finished, painted, powder coated, etc.

2.serrated galvanized floor grating steel

Surface type: standard plain surface, serrated surface.
Standard width: 2', 3' and 4'.

3.Stair Tread galvanized floor grating steel

Tread width: 8-9/16" and 10-15/16", special sizes can be customized.
Tread length: 30", 36", 48",etc.

4.Swage-locked Grating

Bearing bar spacing: standard is

1-3/16" or 15/16".
Cross bar spacing: 4" or 2".

5.Press-locked Grating

Cross bar spacing: 4" or 2".
Bearing bar spacing: standard is 1-3/16" and 15/16".

6.Riveted Grating

Bearing bar size: 1" × 1/8", 1" × 3/16", 1-1/4" × 1/8", 1-1/4" × 3/16"
Crimp bar: 3/4" × 1/8" or 1" × 1/8".

7.Stainless Steel Grating

Outstanding corrosion resistance.
Excellent acid and alkali resistance.
Serrated surface for slip resistance.

8.Steel Grating Clips
