1.What's the nature of your business?

We are factory and trading company integration.

2.How can we go to your factory?
We wil drive to the airport to pick up you in Shanghai,Nanjing,and some other city near us.

3.What's your payment terms?
30% at contract,65% before shipment,5%after acceptance test at user site in 1 month by T/T.
Payment by an irrevocable L/C is acceptable.

4.What's the warranty of your machine?
12 months counted from the date of signing the Certificate of Acceptance. But if due to the Buyer's reason, thecommissioning and acceptance of the line is delayed, the guarantee period of quality shall be no more than 18months from the arrival date of equipment at the destination port.

5.How about your after-sale service?
Engineers available to service machinery overseas.
