1: what is the way of payment?
------ 50% TT deposit in advance, balance(50% TT) should be paid before loading from our factory.
2. what is lead time for normal order?

--------we will offer samples for your confirm first, and we will strictly produce the bulk according to the sample quality.
4. how we solve the problem if that happened in destination?
---------please offer evidents for the bad ones, like send samples, picutures, we will replace, deduct money or other ways that we both agreed to solve the problem.
5.if we offer our samples, can we get exactly same good?
