Produced from fresh material, without foreign material or pesticide residue, uniform ripeness, washed, scooped and formed in balls. Finally the melon balls are individually quick frozen by -35℃ minimum, without lumps or snow. 

Juicy, firm, not hard, not over-matured. General diameter: 22mm+/-2mm.

Mainly strong board of cartons with polyethylene (PE) inside bearing net mass 10-25kg of IQF products. 

IQF products should be transported in special refrigerators with thermal registration equipment. 

Temperature of  supply –18℃ or lower. Temperature of storage –18℃ or lower

Shelf life not less than 2 years from production date. Freezing after defrosting is forbidden.
