Application :

 

The machine is suitable for packing non sticky, bulk or granular material, such as granulated sugar , salt , plant seeds ,washing powder etc .

 

 

Packing materials :

The packing material include several kinds of heat seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE/, PET/PE, NYON etc.

 

Feature:

1.The integrated processes of bag making, measuring filling, sealing cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically,

2.The machine have double roller (vertical roller and horizontal roller )  and seal way adopt drum-type . The metering installation have multiple choice , such as Measuring plate way , Screw way and Count number plate way  .

3.Frequency Motor drive the vertical seal and  the packing speed can be variable control infinitely in rated range .

4.Servo drive the horizontal seal and realize the bag length variable control infinitely in rated range ,it's very simple to adjust bag length in the touch screen .

5.Photoelectric color code positioning control system can fixed the position of first bag automatically , it can exclude the influence of the interference signal that cause by abnormal colour code and poor printing .

6. It have Packaging film tension compensation function and it can eliminate the influence by change of packing film tension  .
