Operating instructions Important caution:

1 This machine must be operated by professional person. When you operate it, you should seriously read operating instructions at first.

2 The line must be prescribed connecting with earth safely (there are two color lines: green and yellow),
do not be replaced by zero suppress and equip with air-break of right capability.

3 Chain tail must be bound on the chain bag, according to use firm rope. In case that chain slip off from chain bag and hurt people and break something.

4 When you hang bottle gourd, please use line start chain, to avoid chain circumrotating that caused by line circumrotating, lead to rolling mill accident.5 Do not continue using broken chain in case causing chain breakage.

6 When you operate more than two bottle gourds at the same time, you must be keep chain verticalparallel
among them in case that sling slips off from hook. Every bottle gourd must be watched by professional

person and must be stopped at once if there are some problems.

7 When you find lift force is not enough and the sound is very loud, you should examine 380V electrical source is standard or not at first. Lack of phase can burn electromotor. When opening inching switch, you should do it quickly in case that impulse current damage machine. After control switch opening, you should move your hand to stop button at once in case of an emergency.
